About me

Dr. Daniel Y. Cao is currently an Assistant Professor of SCIS at Saint Francis University, Member of IEEE, AisaGraphics, and China Society of Image and Graphics. His research field includes Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, and Multimedia. He has published his work in prestigious venues like IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics, Computer Graphics Forum, The Visual Computer, European Conference on Computer Vision, IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality, Pacific Conference on Computer Graphics and Applications, Computer Graphics International, IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo, etc. Notably, his project “Deep Fashion3D” received the first Chinagraph Award for Graphical Open-Source Datasets in 2020. He recently received the Best Pitch Award at CGW 2026 and the Best Paper Award at IEEE ISMAR 2026.
